- Order Cancellations
Due to the nature of our handcrafted, made-to-order, and pre-order products, such orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.
For in-stock items, cancellation requests may only be accepted before shipment preparation has begun.
- Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference, including change of mind, incorrect item selection, or differences in image impression.
However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After reviewing your request, we will arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
- Handcrafted and Natural Product Variations
Many of our products are handcrafted or made using natural materials.
Slight variations in color, texture, pattern, shape, gemstone appearance, hand-painted details, size, and finish may occur from piece to piece.
These variations are part of the unique character and craftsmanship of each item and do not constitute defects.
Colors and appearance may also vary slightly depending on lighting conditions and screen settings.
- Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
• Items that have been used, worn, altered, damaged, or repaired after delivery
• Items returned without prior contact
• Made-to-order, customized, or personalized items
• Pre-order items after order confirmation and payment processing
• Returns due to customer preference

Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
