Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted, made-to-order, and pre-order products, cancellations are not accepted once the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.

As many of our products are handcrafted or made using natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, pattern, shape, and finish may occur and do not constitute defects.
