Shipping Information
All ordered items will be delivered by Yamato Transport.
After shipment, the tracking number will be listed in the “Shipping Confirmation” email sent to you. You can use Yamato Transport's online services directly to check the delivery status using the tracking number.
■ Shipping fees
We offer free shipping nationwide throughout Japan on every order. This includes shipping to remote outlying islands.
Shipments are processed per order number. If your orders are split under different order numbers, they will be shipped separately and shipping fees will apply to each shipment.
■ Estimated delivery date and time
Please note the timeline listed on each individual product. This is due to some products being on-hand and ready to ship, while others are preorder items. Preorder items refer to items that are not yet in stock. Production for preorder items will take time, so please read the product pages carefully.
After shipping, delivery date varies by region, but if “No preference” is selected for the delivery date, items will be delivered in about 3 days after your order (excluding some remote islands and Okinawa).
During sale periods, Christmas, Golden Week, New Year holidays, etc., delivery may take longer than usual due to high order volume.
Depending on traffic conditions, weather, and region, delivery may be slightly delayed.
For some areas such as remote islands and Okinawa, we may not be able to offer time‑slot delivery or meet your requested delivery date.
If your order is flagged by our fraud prevention system, the order may be put on hold or cancelled, and your requested delivery date and time may not be met.
Pre‑order and made‑to‑order items have different estimated delivery dates, so please be sure to check the product page before placing your order.
■ Specifying delivery date and time
You can specify a delivery date between 5 and 11 days from the shipping date. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email from Yamato Transport containing a link where you can select the delivery date.
The specified date and time are only a guideline. Even if you select them, delays may occur due to traffic and other conditions on the day.
There are periods when we do may not be able to accept specified‑date delivery.
For some areas such as remote islands and Okinawa, time‑slot delivery may not be available and we may not be able to meet your requested date.
■ Delivery status
You can check the real‑time delivery status of your order via Yamato Transport Tracking Service.
Please have your tracking number ready, which is listed in the “Shipping Confirmation” email sent after your order is shipped.
■ Delivery destination
We only deliver within Japan.
Convenience store pickup and parcel locker delivery services are not available.
We cannot ship to overseas destinations.
■ Gift wrapping options
All of our products come in custom gift-ready Amaneé packaging.
