Returns Policy
■ Regarding cancellations
Cancellations can be made within 3 days of creating the order. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email at info@amanee.shop or send an enquiry using the inquiry form on our Contact page.
Cancellations cannot be accepted after the order is shipped or completed.
■ Regarding returns or exchanges
If a defective item or an item different from your order is delivered, we will promptly arrange an exchange or a return.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for order mistakes or for customer‑convenience reasons, so please carefully check the product name, product number, color, size, etc. before placing your order.
Please note that some of our products may differ slightly in appearance from piece to piece. Items that use natural stones or gemstones may vary in color, pattern, and texture due to the unique characteristics of the natural materials used. These variations are not defects but part of the individual charm of each item. In addition, certain products are hand‑painted, and while the same design and style are applied, each piece is finished by hand and may not be 100% identical. These differences are a result of the craftsmanship involved and do not constitute defects.
We cannot accept exchanges in the following cases:
- When items are sent back without prior notice.
- More than 7 days have passed since delivery.
- Items that have been used even once.
- When repairs, alterations, dirt, or damage have occurred while in the customer’s possession.
- Made‑to‑order items.
- Cases due to customer convenience (such as ordering the wrong color or size).
■ Initiating a return or exchange process
Please contact us via the inquiry form or by email within 7 days of the item arriving.
Once you contact us, our customer center will inform you of the return procedure, so please wait and do not send the item back until then.
We will bear the shipping cost, so please send it back by cash‑on‑delivery (freight collect).
After the item arrives at the address we indicate and we check its condition, we will process the refund (in case of a return) or exchange and then contact you regarding shipment of the replacement item.
■ Regarding refunds
Refunds will be made according to the original payment method, such as a refund to the purchaser’s credit card or bank account.
■ Shipping costs for returns and exchanges
We care deeply about our product quality. If you receive “a different item than ordered” or “an item with scratches or stains” due to our fault, we will bear the shipping cost for returns or exchanges.
■ Important notes
When returning items, please pack them (box, carton, etc.) in the same condition as when delivered and ensure they are packed so that they will not be soiled or damaged in transit.
We can accept return parcels in boxes other than the original shipping box, but packing materials themselves are not subject to refund.
