■Payment Methods
We currently support payments via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Cards and funds registered through Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal can be used. For example, you are able to use the funds in your PayPal account balance to make the payment.
■Credit Card Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB and AMEX cards.
Payment Options:
Instalment options may be available depending on your credit card status and provider. Typically, most payments are processed as one-time (lump-sum) payments.
The billing date is based on the date the order is created. Once the payment is processed completely, we will proceed to handle your order. For preorders and certain items, the billing date may differ.
If a credit card error occurs, the order will be put on hold, and we will contact you via email or phone. In such cases, your desired delivery date may not be met.
Only credit cards under the customer’s own name can be used.
Please contact your credit card company directly for inquiries regarding withdrawals.
The name that appears on your credit card statement will be our operating company, "Amaneé KK."
Prevention of Fraud:
To protect against unauthorized use by third parties, we may verify card details through a fraud prevention system or your card company.
The information of the credit card holder used for verification will only be used to prevent fraudulent activity. Depending on verification results, we may cancel the order.
If the cardholder’s name differs from the purchaser’s name, we may contact you for identity verification via email or phone. If we are unable to reach you within a certain period, the order may be canceled.
Overseas-issued credit cards can be used.
Accounts associated with false or third-party personal information will be suspended.
